EVITAVONNI HOSTS VALENTINE’S COOKERY DEMONSTRATION WITH STEVE DRAKE
To celebrate Valentine's Day, luxury living concept store
evitavonni teamed up with Steve Drake, renowned Michelin-starred
Chef Proprietor of Drake's Ripley for two delectable
demonstrations.
In the dazzling surroundings of evitavonni's exquisite
Farnham-based store, over a few glasses of Champagne Gosset, guests
were guided through a romantic three course meal.
With great charisma, Steve delighted guests with a delicious
menu of scallop with sea buckthorn, sweet potato and chorizo to
start, followed by tender venison saddle with red cabbage ketchup,
pear and Douglas fir. To finish, Steve created his acclaimed
parsnip parfait with sorrel ice. Guests enjoyed tasters of the menu
throughout the demonstration and two lucky guests each won a lunch
for two at Drake's restaurant.
